RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At IRADA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.

RETURN SHIPPING
An Unboxing Video is Compulsory for all claims.

For eligible customer-initiated returns, a flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will apply. This amount will be communicated as part of the return process and deducted/collected as applicable.

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is sent by IRADA, return shipping arrangements will be handled separately by IRADA.

You may request a return within 3 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@iradajewels.com with your order number and reason for the return. We may request photographs or other information to assess the condition of the item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at hello@iradajewels.com.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or a video showing the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated by IRADA after your return request is reviewed.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our return policy.
